Exclusive Contingency Search
This method is most appropriate for senior level searches where maximizing cash flow (deferring payment) is more important than the speed of the search. We source qualified candidates for your position and introduce you to the best candidates who meet your requirements. You do not pay for advertising. We take care of that. You do not have to spend your time screening candidates. We take care of that, too. Your staff can focus on their jobs and not on recruiting. Our standard professional fee for the Exclusive Contingent search is 30% of the first year cash compensation, with 50% due upon candidate acceptance and 50% due upon candidate start.
Traditional Retained Search
This method is most appropriate for critical, confidential or time sensitive or senior level searches (BOD, C-Level, VP-Level) where comprehensive market coverage is important. Retained recruiting represents a commitment from both sides and sends a strong message to candidates that you highly value the opportunity. Our standard professional fee for the Traditional Retained search is 25% of the first year cash compensation, payable in three equal payments; one-third of fee paid at start, one-third of fee paid at 30 days, one-third paid at 60 days; balance (if any) due one-half on candidate offer and one-half on candidate acceptance.
You pay only after you hire one of our candidates. This creates a real economic incentive for us to perform quickly and to recommend only qualified candidates.
Modified Retained Search
This method is most appropriate for Confidential or Senior level searches where the client wants the “first right of refusal” on candidates based on the target profile, but NOT time sensitive or where there is a need to balance speed and cost. Our standard professional fee for the Modified Retained search is 27% of the first year cash compensation, payable based on key milestones: one-third of fee paid at start, one-third of fee paid upon acceptable candidate(s) interviewed, one-sixth on offer extended, one-sixth on offer accepted and balance (if any) due on candidate start.
