Albert Energy’s 10 Step Methodology is proven. We find qualified professionals for your job opening.
Step 1. Detailed Job Order
Once a client’s need is identified, one of our consultants discusses the specific position requirements with the hiring manager to fully understand and define the critical skills required of the position. We want to fully understand the client’s hot buttons including the “soft skills” required of the position. A detailed written description of the position (“job order”) is prepared and shared with the client for additional comments and refinement. Once the position description is fully understood and accepted by the client, it is assigned to one our our Professional Recruiting Consultants.
Step 2. Personal Professional Recruiting Consultant
Upon receipt of the written job order, the hiring manager is introduced to the Recruiting Consultant. At this point, the Recruiting Consultant discusses the position requirements to develop a deeper understanding of the hiring manager’s requirements for the position.
Step 3. Search
Following discussion with the Hiring Manager, the Recruiting Consultant initiates a candidate search. Depending upon the requirements, the comprehensive search may be comprised of a number of components which may include a detailed search of Albert Energy’s exclusive candidate database, candidate referrals from industry networking, telephone search, e-mail search, job posting on Albert Energy’s website, job posting on a number of premium websites, and magazine and newspaper advertisements, where applicable. The search will continue and the recruiting consultant will network until a sufficient list of candidates is developed. Once identified, potential candidates will be contacted directly and interviewed for compatibility to the position, their interest in the position, salary requirements and availability. Other candidates may be identified through the search process and called as needed to further solicit interest. Recruiters will network until a sufficient list of candidates is developed.
Step 4. Qualify
Albert Energy works with the client to develop a specific list of questions to ask of candidates during the screening process. The candidate’s answers to these questions are typically shared with the client during the “submittal” process explained in Step 5 below. All potential candidates are called, screened, and qualified by the recruiter prior to submittal to the client. Our clients receive personalized service. We refuse to inundate our clients with resumes of candidates who are not a match for the job. This is one of the most significant differences that defines success for Albert Energy and our clients.
Step 5. Submittal
Qualified candidates are submitted to our partner clients by e-mail for consideration by the hiring manager. Through the implementation of our comprehensive selection process, we ensure the candidates submitted to the client are good potential hires for the position. Typically, the candidate’s answers to any screening questions used in the selection process are also shared with the client.
Step 6. Follow-up
Following the e-mail presentation of our candidates, a follow-up call is made to our client to introduce the candidates and discuss their qualifications including skills and strengths for the position. The hiring manager usually initiates the interview process by scheduling telephone interviews.
Step 7. Telephone Interview
Telephone interviews are scheduled for the candidates with whom the client desires further exploration. This is typically accomplished by the client providing a schedule of availability for interviews and the list of candidates to be phone screened. The Recruiting Consultant coordinates the candidate’s availability with the client’s schedule, then provides the interview schedule along with telephone numbers, and the client may reach the candidate at the specified time.
Step 8. In-Person Interview
After the Hiring Manager completes the initial telephone screens and selects the appropriate candidate(s), an in-person interview is typically coordinated for a face-to-face introduction of the candidate(s). The client may choose to handle these arrangements or, if requested, the Albert Energy Recruiting Consultant can assist with coordinating this visit. The travel expenses and accommodations are always paid by the client.
Step 9. Offer
When the client makes a final decision on the successful candidate, an offer is tendered. This is typically done initially in a verbal form and followed with a written offer to the candidate, providing a copy to the Recruiting Consultant as well. Albert Energy’s Recruiting Consultant can assist in this process to the extent requested by the client. If requested, the Recruiting Consultant can present and negotiate the terms of the offer for the client.
Step 10. Invoice & Payment
Depending upon the search method (Exclusive Contingency, Traditional Retained or Modified Retained) invoicing and payment is completed in a manner best accommodating that search type. See more details at Employer Services.
